BLUE AND PINK FLOWERS

For a friend recovering from an operation

A pink and blue flower tree
Is given to you for healing.
The healing is both inside and out.
Draw in the colours to wherever they are needed.
Think them and breathe them and feel them surrounding you.
Soon it will be the time for red, orange and yellow
But the healing must take place first.
A period of calm relaxation and evaluation is needed
Before taking on life's challenges again.
Love and light be with you.
